Effective September 2, 2010, 8:30 AM, Eastern Time, the binding restrictions in Idaho due to Brush Fires have been lifted in Valley County. Thank you, Personal Lines Underwriting
BINDING RESTRICTIONS FOR HURRICANE EARL
Along with the binding restrictions that were implemented on 8/31/10, the following restrictions are being added due to Hurricane Earl.
Effective 9/2/10 1:00 PM, EST, the following counties in Maryland are entirely restricted for our Manufactured Home, Site Built Dwelling and Commercial Lines of Business;
• St. Mary's
• Somerset
• Worcester
EFFECTIVE 8/31/10 2:30 PM EASTERN TIME, the following binding restrictions have been implemented due to Hurricane Earl:

When temporary binding restrictions are in effect out outlines above, do not accept any applications for new coverage, requests to increase coverage limits or requests to lower deductibles on existing policies. Renewal policies may be written provided there is no increase in coverage or lapse between policies.

WATERCRAFT BINDING RESTRICTIONS
As the 2010 Watercraft Season approaches, we would like to remind everyone of the following Binding Restrictions:
The entire state of FLORIDA is restricted for the FIRST CHOICE WATERCRAFT Product only. PWC's in the JetSport program are permitted.
BINDING RESTRICTIONS REMINDER:
