Our Retention Assistance Program (RAP) is dedicated to helping you retain your customers. Through mailings and phone calls at the beginning of the policy term and near renewal, we help reinforce the value of the policy, and address questions or concerns before the policy cancels.

On average, RAP participants realize an increase of 10 point in their renewal rate.

Never Let a Policy Slip Away
modernLINK's "At-Risk" reporting includes a powerful report designed to keep policies from slipping through the cracks. It identifies policies:

  • scheduled for cancellation
  • due within 10 days
  • expiring in 11 to 60 days

Other reports show you the number of policies that have renewed, expired or canceled for the month, for the year-to-date, and for the previous 12 months.

Knowing where you stand with every policy lets you intervene before the policy expires.

It Pays to Help Your Customers Pay
We welcome personal checks and credit card payments, but many customers prefer our EzPay electronic funds transfer program. It automatically transfers the payment from their checking account, eliminating payments lost in the mail or simply forgotten.

On average, the retention rate for customers on EzPay is 15 points higher than with other installment plans we offer.
